This website is operated by AG & SP Enterprises Pty Limited (ABN 56 683 083 132) under the name Roof Painting Sunshine Coast (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal information, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What information we collect
- Enquiry details: your name, phone number, email address, suburb or address, details about your roof and the work you need, and anything else you include in a message.
- Phone calls: if you call us, your phone number and the date, time and duration of the call. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
- Website usage information: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, the website or advertisement that referred you, the date and time of your visit, and related statistics.
How we collect it
We collect information directly from you when you submit a form, call or email us. We also collect website usage information automatically through cookies and similar technologies when you use this site.
How we use it

- respond to your enquiry and arrange inspections and quotes;
- pass your enquiry to the roofing contractor who will quote on and carry out the work;
- understand which advertising and marketing brings people to our site, and improve our website and services; and
- meet our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
- Our roofing contractor partner, so they can contact you, quote and provide the service.
- WhatConverts, a lead tracking service used by our contractor partner. When you use this site, the WhatConverts script collects information about your visit (such as the pages you view, the page you arrived on and how you found our site). When you submit an enquiry form, the details you enter are sent to WhatConverts together with that visit information. Our contractor partner is responsible for how that information is handled once received.
- Advertising and analytics providers, such as Google, which help us measure the effectiveness of our advertising.
- Service providers who host our website, email and systems.
- Authorities, where required or authorised by law.
We do not sell your personal information.
Overseas disclosure
Some of the providers above, including WhatConverts and Google, store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States.
